Anumana adds Holly Orsini to the team

To continue the growth of the business, we are fortunate to announce that Holly Orsini has joined the team in the role of PMO. Holly brings with her fantastic experience from her long career at Arrow Global where she established herself as a critical member of the project management team.

 

 

Tell us about yourself?

I’m a mum to 2 young boys. I enjoy walking, eating(!), travelling and reading in my spare time, but I don’t get much of it! I’ve recently had a relatively short career break, and I’m looking forward to rediscovering my ‘corporate’ brain.

Why join Anumana?

I didn’t need a lot of persuading. It feels like a really exciting time to join Anumana, and I’m lucky enough to already know (and have worked with) some of the team here. Given where the organization is at the moment, I believe I can contribute to it’s impressive growth and I’m looking forward to being part of the journey.

What does a PMO do exactly?

A PMO’s responsibilities can vary vastly from business to business depending on requirement. The skills that I have applied consistently in my role as PMO over the years have included the building and maintaining of project governance, supporting project managers with risks and issues, conducting quality assurance activities for senior leadership and regulators, reporting at all levels, maintaining momentum on projects and programmes, and promoting good team work and communication internally. 

What drives you?

Being part of a high-energy, ambitious team in a positive and supportive environment. Working to deadlines helps, too!
